To maintain the hygiene and safety standards of our items, we follow a Strict No-Return and No-Refund Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it meets the specific criteria mentioned in the &#8220;Damaged or Wrong Products&#8221; section below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Damaged or Wrong products<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We take great care in packaging, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help. To be eligible for a claim, the following conditions must be met:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Unboxing Video (Mandatory): You must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the parcel for the first time. This video must clearly show the label\/address and the damage or the wrong item received<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reporting Period: Any issues must be reported to our customer support within 24-48 hours of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns are accepted with in 7 business days of delivery.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Claim Approval &amp; Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once your claim and unboxing video are reviewed and approved by our team:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We will arrange a Return Pickup for the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping Costs: If the claim is approved (for damaged\/wrong items), the return shipping and pickup costs will be borne by us (Uday).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at simmic851@gmail.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, the process will begin once the returned item reaches our facility and passes a quality check.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payment Method: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly sent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you need to exchange it for the same item, let us know during the claim process, and we will send a fresh replacement after the pickup of the original item is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Late and missing refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you haven\u2019t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
