At Uday, we strive to provide the highest quality products to our customers. To maintain the hygiene and safety standards of our items, we follow a Strict No-Return and No-Refund Policy.

Once a product is sold, it cannot be returned or refunded unless it meets the specific criteria mentioned in the “Damaged or Wrong Products” section below.

Damaged or Wrong products

We take great care in packaging, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help. To be eligible for a claim, the following conditions must be met:

For exchange, or damaged products, we will process the exchange within 5 days of receiving the returned product. The replacement item will be delivered within 6 working days thereafter.

  • Unboxing Video (Mandatory): You must record a continuous, unedited video while opening the parcel for the first time. This video must clearly show the label/address and the damage or the wrong item received
  • Reporting Period: Any issues must be reported to our customer support within 24-48 hours of delivery.
  • Returns are accepted with in 7 business days of delivery.

Claim Approval & Process

Once your claim and unboxing video are reviewed and approved by our team:

  • We will arrange a Return Pickup for the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Shipping Costs: If the claim is approved (for damaged/wrong items), the return shipping and pickup costs will be borne by us (Uday).

Refunds

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at simmic851@gmail.com

If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, the process will begin once the returned item reaches our facility and passes a quality check.

  • Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
  • Payment Method: The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or wrongly sent.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, let us know during the claim process, and we will send a fresh replacement after the pickup of the original item is completed.

Late and missing refund

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.

Sales Item

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a claim.

Unfortunately, items purchased during a Sale or using special discount codes cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

Shipping Policy
